Most problems in a real-estate development aren't born on the construction site. They're born earlier: in the decisions that were made —or not— when the land was still just land.
That's why order matters at BOMA. First we decide, then we build.
The hard part goes first
It's tempting to leave the complicated things "for later": the permits, the limits of what won't be touched, the legal structure. But "later" almost always means "more expensive" or "no longer possible." We invert the order: we resolve the hard part at the start, when it can still be done right.
Three decisions we make before selling a single square meter:
- First the limit, then the lot. We decide how much won't be touched —natural areas, regional species, the aquifer— before deciding how much is sold.
- Quality, before building. It's not a review at the end of construction: it's decided when the land is still land. For us it's a conviction, not a marketing promise.
- The best, before the first line. Every project is designed alongside internationally recognized partners. The standard isn't delegated: it begins with who you build with.
