From your referral to your commission.
Register your contact —name, email and phone— from the program landing. It's the only official channel.
BOMA verifies the contact is new and activates your registration.
BOMA takes the contact and runs the sales process; you don't take part unless asked.
The sale closes with the full down payment paid and the contract signed. Only then does your commission apply.
BOMA coordinates the payment with you and requests your details for the transfer.
You receive your 1% within 1 to 30 days after closing, with proof.
