01Why BOMA exists
We believed Yucatán could be built differently.
We were born in 2017, in Mérida, convinced that investing in Yucatán could bring more peace of mind: with full transparency and the right decisions made in time. We didn't come to follow the standard — we came to raise it. We develop here because the landscape came first, and it deserves to be built without being broken. And the B sums it up — a window, a way of looking ahead.

Beyond Premium: premium is merely our starting point.
For us, luxury isn't a price or a finish: it's the level of the decisions made before building. What the market calls «premium» —legal certainty included— is merely our floor; everything else is decided above it. Three decisions anyone can see:
01The limit first, then the lot.Before selling a single meter we decide how much stays untouched: we respect natural areas, conserve and replant the region's species and protect the aquifer. The landscape came first — and that's how we treat it.
02Quality, before building.It's not a review at the end of construction: it's decided when the land is still land and the contract can still be written differently. For us it's a belief, not a commercial promise.
03The best, before the first line.Every project is designed alongside internationally recognized partners —EDSA, Greg Letsche, Artigas, Maat Handasa—. Excellence isn't delegated: it starts with who you build with.
