Beyond Premium: what BOMA's standard means
Beyond Premium is BOMA's minimum standard. Discover why, for a developer of authorship, premium is merely the starting point.
In real estate, "premium" has become a comfortable word. Everyone uses it, for everything. That's why at BOMA we don't treat it as a goal, but as a floor.
Beyond Premium is our minimum standard. It's the line below which, quite simply, a project doesn't carry our signature.
Luxury is not a price or a finish
It's easy to confuse luxury with marble, with the price per square meter or with the architect's name. For us, true luxury is something else: the level of the decisions made before building.
A finish can be changed. A bad decision at the origin is paid for over decades. Luxury, understood this way, isn't seen at the end: it's decided at the beginning.
What lies "above" premium
Beyond Premium means that what the market considers premium is, for us, merely the starting point:
- Legal certainty is not a differentiator we boast about; it's the floor. A bank trust (fideicomiso), condominium property regime and documents in order before selling the first square meter.
- The landscape came first. Before deciding how much to sell, we decide how much to leave untouched.
- The best, before the first line. Every project is designed alongside internationally recognized partners. The standard begins with who you build with.
A standard you can verify
What sets a standard apart from a promise is that it can be verified. Beyond Premium isn't a slogan: it's decisions set down in writing—in the contract, in the permits and in the land itself.
Because in the end, a legacy isn't inherited with adjectives. It's inherited with well-made decisions.
The luxury of deciding well.
The hard decisions are already made.
